Android新手开发之旅-实现圆形图片

      使用到圆形的图片，刚开始的时候不知道怎么做，都是使用一些第三方框架，其实Android提供的有类：supportV4下的RoundedBitmapDrawable，使用它可以很方便地实现圆角或者圆角半径
