站长你好像理解错，我现在是这样子，我有个一个.xls文件，是从网页导出来，用记事本打开看是html table代码,现在我想用程序把他转为excel标准格式，打开来是乱码那种文件。

你导的时候能不能导成Excel格式，如果是表格，应该是很难直接转的，需要借助第三方的工具，要么就是正则分析导入
