问题是什么

            string path = Application.ExecutablePath;

得到的结果是
path1
C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\断网拨号\断网拨号\bin\Debug
path
C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\断网拨号\断网拨号\bin\Debug\断网拨号.EXE

你自己看吧，
你上面的完全可以这样写
string Path = Application.StartupPath+“\\01.jpg";

按照lz的意思应该是，图片01.jpg文件时放在bin外边了，lz想从debug中退出去

比如说C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\断网拨号\断网拨号\bin\Debug
Application.StartupPath.Substring(0,Application.StartupPath.LastIndexOf("\\")取到的字符串是
string temp=C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\断网拨号\断网拨号\bin\
然后又一次string Path = Application.StartupPath.Substring(0,temp)取到的就是
path=C:\Users\Administrator\Downloads\断网拨号\断网拨号\
